Terms and Conditions

All SAP Server access is subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Access to the SAP System is for educational purpose only, there is no development work allowed
  2. You may not bypass any security measures, delete system files or due to other acts that are considered of a malicious intent. If we find you in contravention of this, we will cancel your account immediately and WILL NOT refund any unused portion of the access
  3. Long term access cancelation is possible, but you will then be charged the full monthly access charges for the amount of access used and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  4. Access will NOT renew automatically and must be bought again.
  5. We are not responsible for loss of work due to server crashes or any other reason. Our liability at most will be one month of SAP Access.
  6. We will provide enough help so that you are connected to the SAP Servers. We will initially provide phone help and under certain situations you may need to provide us access to your system thru remote access so that we can help you.
  7. Any monthly access cancelations will not have any balances refunded
